CDL Drug & Alcohol Testing

CDL Drug & Alcohol Testing

Making Your Work Place Safe

CDL Drug & Alcohol Testing Program

Do you need new employee drug and alcohol screening or an ongoing program? Our CDL Drug & Alcohol Testing Program is conducted with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy, providing companies with the peace of mind that their workforce is “clean” and potentially reducing workplace liability costs.

Who Needs DOT FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Testing?

Do you drive a truck and are you self-employed or an owner operator, you may fall under the Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) drug and alcohol testing criteria.

If you have a CDL, a YES to any of these questions will determine if you need to be in compliance with the DOT drug and alcohol testing regulations.

Do you drive a vehicle that has a gross combination weight of 26,001 pounds (11,794 kilograms) or more?  Do you drive a vehicle that is capable of transporting 16 or more passengers including the driver?  Do you drive a vehicle of any size that is required to be placarded when being used to transport hazardous materials in accordance with 49 CFR part 172, subpart f?
